Choose how you want to receive your tickets

onTicket offers flexible delivery options. At checkout, choose whether your ticket should be delivered as a QR code in the dashboard, as a downloadable PDF or (soon) as a classic paper ticket by post.

Available delivery options

All digital tickets are stored in your onTicket account and can be accessed again at any time.

QR code in dashboard

Recommended
Your ticket is shown in the onTicket dashboard immediately after purchase. Just have it scanned at the entrance.

Technical implementation: After a successful purchase, this option is activated in the dashboard (e.g. QR code display or PDF download link).

PDF download

You receive your ticket as a PDF. Save it, print it out or use it digitally.

  • QR code is included in the PDF

Paper ticket (payment in shop)

Partner stores
Some organisers offer classic paper tickets. Payment is made in cash at participating partner shops.

  • Perfect for customers without online payment methods

Ticket by post

Coming soon
Classic postal delivery straight to your home. This option will be available soon.
  • Shipping to your specified address
  • Delivery within a few business days
  • Ideal as a gift
This option is currently not bookable and will be shown later as an additional delivery method at checkout.

    Depending on the delivery method selected, you’ll receive your ticket in the dashboard, as a PDF or (soon) by post.
